Pool Access Reminder

We have received reports of an increase in unauthorized individuals accessing our pool pavilion and causing damage to the property. Some have even thrown pool furniture into the pool, resulting in unnecessary repairs and replacements that impact all of us.

If you are at the pool and someone who is not a Rushbrooke resident asks to be let in, please politely inform them that our pool is accessible only to Rushbrooke residents.

Additionally, HOA Members must carry their access card while at the pool or pavilion and present it if asked by another Member. Members should not loan their access card to others or open the gate for anyone who is not their guest. Likewise, if a Member claims that their card is not working, they need to contact Robson Property Management (Katie Ried), who can help them address the issue. Allowing anyone in who is not a Member or does not have a working access card puts you at risk for losing your own privileges. All rules and regulations are posted at the pool and are also available on RushbrookeHOA.com.

We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our exclusive amenities remain accessible only to our Members in good standing.
