Open to all Rushbrooke Members in good standing.

  • The Pavilion, equipped for charcoal grilling, is open from April 15 to November 15.
  • The Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to September 25.

HOURS: 7:30 AM to 9 PM, except for Mondays when opening is at 4 PM to allow for safe chemical rebalancing.

AMENITY RENTAL: This amenity may also be reserved for private or non-private events Monday through Thursday. See Amenity Reservations in the Quick Links below for more information.

HOLIDAYS: When a holiday falls on a Monday, alternate pool cleaning hours allow the pool to open at 9 AM.

Quick Links

  • Lifeguard—No Lifeguard is on duty. HOA Members and Members’ Guests swim at their own risk and should take appropriate safety precautions. By entering and using the pool and associated facilities, you choose to do so at your own risk. The HOA, its Board Members, and other related entities are not liable for any damages.
  • Delayed Opening on Mondays – Pool chemicals are rebalanced on Mondays and, accordingly, Members must refrain from swimming before 6 PM for their own safety.
  • Identification and Access – HOA Members must have their access card with them while at the Pool/Pavilion and present that card if asked by another Member. Members may not loan their access card to another Member or open the gate for anyone who is not their Guest. 
  • Personal Property – HOA Members and Members’ Guests are responsible for any personal property brought onto the premises.
  • Weather—When lightning or thunder is present, everyone must exit the pool immediately. Pool activities should remain suspended until thirty minutes after the last thunder is heard. 
  • Food, drink, glass and smoking – No food or drinks are allowed in the pool. No glass containers or smoking is allowed on premises. 
  • Behavior – No diving, running, horseplay, or profanity is allowed. Persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not allowed on premises.
  • Showering, dress/attire – All persons should shower before entering the pool. Children not yet potty-trained must wear waterproof diapers. Proper swimwear must be worn in the pool. 
  • Open wounds and other – Persons with open wounds or bandages, or symptoms of communicable diseases, are not allowed in the pool.

Our Pool and Pavilion are available to Members in good standing only for Non-private or Private parties by reservation. Hours are Mondays from 4 PM to 9 PM and Tuesdays through Thursdays between 9 AM and 9 PM; events are limited to two (2) hours. Only one private party may be reserved per day.

To make a reservation, access the Reservations Tab in the Member Portal. If you need help, please contact our Community Manager, Katie Reid, with Robson Property Management at 918-994-6562 or via the Member Portal. Reservations are subject to the following guidelines:

ADVANCE NOTICE AND GROUP LIMITS: Reservations must be made seven days before an event.  

  • Non-private parties: Groups are limited to 25 attendees. A $50 non-refundable fee is due once confirmation is received and before the event date.
  • Private parties: Groups are limited to 53 attendees (pool capacity). A $100 non-refundable fee is due once confirmation is received and before the event date. Cleaning fees of $50 will also be assessed if the area is not left clean following the event.

SUPERVISION: At least one Rushbrooke Member or relative of adult age who is part of the Member’s household must be on-site during the entirety of the party.

MEMBER ANNOUNCEMENT: As a courtesy to others, on the event day, the Member is responsible for posting an event reminder (including hours)on the facility access gate and on Nextdoor.com.

One access card is issued per Member household; additional or replacement cards are available for $35 each. Key fobs are also available for $35 each. NOTE: Member privileges, extending to household residents, may be revoked if the Member is not in good standing because of failure to comply with neighborhood rules or covenants and/or non-payment of Member Dues.

If an HOA Member suspects someone may be trespassing or is using the pool after hours, contact any board member or the Broken Arrow Police non-emergency number (918-259-8400).
