Annual Meeting Rescheduled to Monday, 05/05/25 And will include Real Estate market Review

Please make plans to attend our HOA Annual Meeting on May 5th at 6:30 p.m. at Oliver Middle School (Cafeteria). This year, we are excited to announce that fellow member and Realtor Briley Wall will provide members with an overall market update, including specific information related to Rushbrooke and our property values.

Board Member Steve Self will also present the Asset Management Plan (included with dues statements mailed out mid-February, and then we’ll open for general conversation about member questions, comments, and ideas on how we can continue to maintain and improve our community so that Rushbrooke retains its position as a neighborhood of choice.
