NOTICE: WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE LATE NOTICE, BUT OUR HOA ANNUAL MEETING HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL THURSDAY, 05/08/25.

Please make plans to attend our HOA Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 8th at 6:30 p.m. at Oliver Middle School (Cafeteria). This year, we are excited to announce that fellow member and Realtor Briley Wall will provide members with an overall market update, including specific information related to Rushbrooke and our property values.

Board Members Steve Gray and Ben Ennis will also present the Asset Management Plan (included with dues statements mailed out mid-February). Then we’ll open for general conversation about member questions, comments, and ideas on how to continue to maintain and improve our community so that Rushbrooke retains its position as a neighborhood of choice.
